Aloha and welcome to Ho'ola Mana in Encinitas, California 〰️

  • Grow Towards Wellness

In Hawaiian Ho'ola means "to heal" and Mana means "energy". Wellness is more than being free from illness: it is a process of change and growth towards a mentally , spiritually and physically healthy lifestyle.

Reiki, KALI, and Sound Healing can be used to support the healing process of any illness or emotional problem and to increase general wellness. Yoga practice gives your body physical as well as mental wellbeing. and Wellness Coaching can guide you to make healthy lifestyle and nutritional changes to support your body's health optimally.

  • What is Reiki

Reiki (pronounced ray-key) is an energy-based, holistic healing modality introduced into Japan by Mikao Usui in the late 1800's. It uses light-touch hand placement on or above the body.

The Reiki practitioner acts as an energy conduit, or channel, who directs the flow of spiritual or universal energy. Reiki aims to balance the body's energy flow, promoting physical and emotional healing, reducing stress, and enhancing overall wellbeing.

  • How I Can Help

Reiki works in harmony with all other kinds of treatment including medical and psychological care. In fact, Reiki is integrated into regular patient care in over 800 hospitals across the United States. It is offered in all Stanford facilities including operating rooms and intensive care units. Reiki decreases recovery time from surgery, improves mental attitude, and reduces unwanted side effects of medications including chemotherapy, radiation, and other medical procedures.

A research study at Hartford Hospital in Hartford, Connecticut indicates that Reiki improved patient sleep by 86 percent, reduced pain by 78 percent, reduced nausea by 80 percent, and reduced anxiety during pregnancy by 94 percent.

Kundalini Activation with Heart Radiance

KALI is a powerful energy-healing modality that activates the movement of kundalini energy within the body.

It is similar to Reiki as it taps into universal life force energy, and it embodies an inward healing journey through sound, music, and movement.

The goal of KALI is to help you somatically release emotions that are no longer serving you, move beyond layers of fear and pain, and heal deep-rooted blocks. Many experience a state of bliss and peace.

It goes beyond cognitive (mind-based) therapy and helps people heal on a deep somatic (body-based) level. Are you ready to dive deeper?

‘Ōlelo No’eau

"ʻŌlelo noʻeau are traditional proverbs or wise sayings of the Hawaiian people. These proverbs are known for being preserved and handed down from generation to generation through stories. These proverbs are incredibly important in the Native Hawaiian culture and are often used when we need guidance, reassurance and when we want to feel connected to our culture and our kupuna. Today, ʻŌlelo noʻeau can be used as mottos for organizations, classroom and even as a personal motto.

Often times, each ʻŌlelo noʻeau will have two translations, the literally translation and the metaphorical meaning." ~ Hilo Hattie
